Dr. Jeffrey Chang

Dr. Jeffrey Chang is a board-certified ophthalmologist with specialized expertise in diseases of the retina and vitreous, as well as vitreoretinal surgery. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Tufts University School of Medicine, where he is actively involved in both clinical care and medical education.

Dr. Chang earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in 2005. He completed his internship at Kaiser Permanente, followed by both his residency and fellowship training at the New England Eye Center, where he gained extensive experience in the management of complex retinal disorders.

Fluent in Taiwanese, Dr. Chang is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. His hospital affiliations include Beverly Hospital, Addison Gilbert Hospital, and Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, where he offers advanced diagnostic and surgical care for a range of retinal conditions.

He currently sees patients with retinal disease in the Derry location.
