Meet Dr. Sarah L. Wood

At Spindel Eye Associates, our exceptional staff is highly committed to providing comprehensive eye care near Windham. Our practice includes a number of experienced, talented eye doctors and ophthalmologists who are able to treat a wide variety of vision problems, including dry eye syndrome, cataracts, glaucoma, and other ocular diseases. Dr. Sarah O. Wood has been with us since 2003, and specializes in low vision exams and specialized contact lens fittings.

Dr. Wood is a graduate of Saint Anselm University in Goffstown, NH, where she received a bachelor’s degree in biology in 1999. She then attended the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA, earning an optometric degree, and maintaining a membership with the Beta Sigma Kappa National Optometric Honor Society.

Dr. Wood has received advanced training and extensive optometric education, and is board-certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry in Parts I, II, and III of the NBEO program, as well as certified in TMOD. She is also a TPA/g certified optometrist, certified by the New Hampshire Board of Registration in Optometry. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the New Hampshire Optometric Association.
